Below are several of the more common issues reported by customers using the Dashboard. Here’s how you can resolve them:

Issues logging in to WhiteBridge Network

🔴 Problem: My wallet isn’t automatically connecting

Solution 1: Try disabling your other wallet plugins. Sometimes wallets do not work when multiple wallet plugins are enabled simultaneously.

Solution 2: The popup failed to open automatically. Try clicking on the wallet icon to manually open the plugin popup. In rare cases, the wallet plugin popup does not open automatically.

Solution 3: Try logging in with your mobile by scanning the QR code with your phone.
